After a blistering demo at The House on their last visit, MGP riders are returning to Sheffield this August, and offering you the chance to learn from the professionals. Six global MGP riders, with head coaches Ryan Williams and Terry Price are stopping off here on Friday 22nd August as part of a national tour to give scooter riders a two-hour coaching session, followed by a MADD Event featuring a demo and signings, as well as MADD’s infamous limbo scoot comp! There are 48 places available at £25 each. The price includes free entry to the three-hour event that follows. This is a real one-off opportunity to ride with some of the biggest names in international scootering and pick up valuable tips to improve your skills, so get your name down fast! Sunday is the day the Tour de France second stage arrives in Sheffield, which means travelling to The House might be a bit more complicated than usual, thanks to road closures and restrictions to public transport at certain times of the day. We’re open as normal and getting to us from the South side of Sheffield or the M1, everything should be running as usual (trams and buses). From the north side you may have to go out to the M1 and come back in through junction 33 or up through the Manor estate area.
